Providing good care requires clarity about the agreements that we make with each other. Below you can read the general terms and conditions that apply to all services that I provide. This way it is clear in advance what you can expect from me. A summary of the main points from these terms and conditions:
- Appointments can be canceled free of charge (by phone, via app or by e-mail) up to 24 hours before the appointment. For appointments canceled after this time, 50% of the session cost will be charged. For missed appointments without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
- After the session you will receive the invoice within seven days. This must be paid within ten days.
- If you do not pay the invoice within ten days, there is default of payment. You will then receive a free payment reminder, after which you have another 14 days to pay. If the amount is not paid after these 14 days, additional costs will be charged.
